Bristol Motor Speedway was constructed in 1960, it is a concrete half-mile track located in the mountains of Bristol, TN. Previously it was named “The World’s Fastest Half-Mile”, “Thunder Valley”, and “The Last Great Colosseum”.
Bristol's 24 degrees of banking through the bends make it one of the most steeply banked courses on the schedule. As a result, the track can travel at high speeds when making tight corners. Bristol has been a fan favorite ever since it first opened thanks to the intense competition it produces and the prevalence of the "bump-n-run" maneuver.
Since its inception, Bristol has hosted two annual races, the Food City 500 and the Bristol Night race. Because of the Saturday night event and the style of racing, the Bristol night race has been considered the track's "crown jewel." The most popular night race took place in 1995 when Dale Earnhardt spun Terry Labonte on the final lap as the two cars crossed the finish line. Both the 2010 and 2017 races at this track were memorable because Kyle Busch won all three races throughout the weekend.
In 2021, for the first time in Bristol's history, the spring race took place on a temporary dirt course. Since 1970, the Cup series competed on dirt; however, the circuit confirmed that dirt would be back in action in 2022.
NASCAR hosts Cup Series at this track at night time which makes this game more fascinating and beautiful. Also, NASCAR organizes all formats on this track. NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series, and NASCAR Truck Series. You can watch all NASCAR races live on our website LiveNASCAROnline.com, with No country restrictions, and supports all devices.
